The specialist language courses “Doing Business in English” are offered in 4 modules. They are specifically designed for participants who wish to use English in their professional lives and cover various subject areas.

In which area do you need English in your professional life? You can combine the modules or book them individually. Which module is best suited to you depends on your prior knowledge and requirements. We would be happy to advise you!

Module 3: (Level B2) Correspondence and Telephoning You will practice specific specialist vocabulary for confident use in the workplace at language level B2. Speaking: telephone calls, scheduling appointments, problem-solving, complaints, travel, the sales centre, etc. Correspondence: format and style of letters, faxes and emails, enquiries, responses to enquiries, orders, reports: sales figures, problem reports, etc.

Booking notes / Process of your booking: 1. You register online

2. You receive a preliminary confirmation of registration

3. Placement test required – please take the placement test now and send us the result (not required for beginner courses)

4. Colón confirms the appropriate course level for you and confirms your registration for your intensive course. If you wish to submit this as educational leave with your company, please forward the confirmation of registration along with the official recognition as educational leave to your employer.

5. Please always book your course in good time, ideally at least 2–3 weeks before the course begins. If you wish to submit your course as educational leave, please note that registration should take place 6 weeks before the course begins.

We use modern teaching materials that you can conveniently purchase at our foreign language bookshop in the building at usual bookshop prices (not included in the course fee).
