The Intensive Course Beginner Level A1.1+ is for participants with no prior knowledge. Course duration of intensive courses (recognized under the Hamburg educational leave law) is 2 weeks – a total of 80 teaching hours (45 minutes each): Mon-Fri: 8.00–15:00. All courses can also be booked for just one week – please note the levels or ask for advice!

Booking notes / Process of your booking: 1. You register online 2. You receive a preliminary confirmation of registration 3. Placement test required – please take the placement test now and send us the result (not applicable for beginner courses) 4. Colón confirms the appropriate course level and confirms your registration for your intensive course. If you wish to submit this course as educational leave with your company, please forward the confirmation of registration along with the official recognition as educational leave to your employer. 5. Please always book your course in good time, ideally at least 2–3 weeks before the start of the course. If you wish to submit your course as educational leave, please note that registration should take place 6 weeks before the start of the course. 6. We use modern teaching materials that you can conveniently purchase at our foreign language bookshop in the building at standard shop prices (not included in the course fee).
